Crawley Town
Crawley's superb retail centre is the main focal point when visiting this vibrant and bustling town. Stunning shopping malls and pedestrian-only areas, surrounded by incredible modern architecture, make this shopping hub a pleasure to both visit and work in and attracts visitors from far and wide.
On the outskirts of the town, there are also many other retail and industrial areas, home to a host of manufacturing and service companies, including local independents, multinationals, and large blue-chip corporates. Just 28 miles south of London and 18 miles north of Brighton and Hove, Crawley was once a small market town on the main London to Brighton Road, relying on its many coaching inns and passing trade. However, in 1946 the New Towns Act designated Crawley as a new town and its subsequent growth has been meteoric.
Crawley has many great entertainment venues, with one of the most popular being The Hawth Theatre. Set in 38 acres of glorious woodland, this mecca for stage, music, dance, comedy, and film lovers has something for everyone, including hosting many outdoor events.

Transport
The London to Brighton M23 runs to the east of Crawley and meets the M25 J7 London Orbital just a 25-minute drive away. Central London is a direct approximately 1hr 13 minute drive away via the M23, and Brighton is 32 minutes.
Regular train services run from Crawley to London Victoria and London Bridge stations, as well as to Gatwick Airport, East Croydon, Horsham, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Portsmouth, and Southampton.
Gatwick International Airport is 6.2 miles to the north of the town and just a short 11-minute drive away. Crawley has an excellent bus and coach service, serving both the local communities and offering a great range of long-distance routes around the southeast.
