Clarendons Scoops fourth British Property Award

Clarendons is celebrating after winning The British Property Lettings Award for Reigate for the fourth time.

As an independent agency based in Effingham Road, Reigate, Clarendons has been presented with the Gold Award for ‘Letting Agent in Reigate 2022-2023’ after being mystery shopped various times throughout 2022, and judged on different criteria and scenarios and customer service levels.

This is the fourth time Clarendons has received the award since 2018, and it is something the team is extremely proud to have retained this year.

Add to this, it is an exciting time for Clarendons as we move forward into 2023, as the company has just launched a brand refresh which includes a new logo, striking property boards to entice renters and buyers, sharp documentation and stationery, engaging social media channels and the website has also been given a makeover.

Clarendons’ Client Manager Jordan Ivings said: “It really means a huge amount to us as a team to have won the award once again

“We have heavily invested in the company over the past year with the refreshed brand and website. It really is about ensuring our customers - both landlords and tenants - receive the best service that we can give them.2023 is looking really promising so far, and this award gives our staff the confidence to really work as hard as they can.”
