Should a new customer be referred and sign up to one of our services, we will thank you with £250 paid directly into your bank account once the transaction has been completed!

Please note that this must be a client that Clarendons isn’t currently dealing with at the time of referral. A completed deal means once Clarendons has received their commission paid in full. The offer is applicable for landlords and sellers who may be introduced. £250 will be a one-off cash payment and paid strictly by bank transfer only into the referrer’s personal bank account.
